The MGH HR Training and Workforce Development office (TWFD), located at 125 Nashua Street seeks a full-time (40 hrs/wk) training systems administrator/analyst. The office is committed to the training, education, career development and advancement of MGH employees. The range of programs and services the office supports includes New Employee Orientation, the hospitals tuition assistance program, the Leadership Academy, English for Speakers of Other Languages program and a host of workshops and activities to support career advancement. This role provides analytical support to the TWFD office for program evaluation and technical support for the hospitals central (Learning Management System) platform.
Serve as PeopleSoft and HealthStream training administrator
Maintain data integrity, access and security (e.g. audit daily PeopleSoft feeds into HealthStream)
Provide data reporting to monitor training compliance
Liaise with LMS vendor and internal HRIS team to identify/resolve issues, initiate improvements and implement system updates/enhancements
Provide technical support
Develop, maintain and deliver training as necessary to support new and existing users (department based training administrators and end users). Initiate, lead and facilitate quarterly training forum for training administrators
Work with curriculum designers to author e-learning content
Develop/maintain/update documentation of processes
Work with departments to assess training administration needs and recommend solutions.
Serve on hospital committees/working groups to support training initiatives (e.g. MGPO Required Training, Research Institute Training and Education)
Help assess training applications/ LMS solutions for the hospital.
Provide analytics for workforce development program evaluation
Bachelors degree required in Human Resources, Business Management, Technology or related field.
Minimum five years experience, demonstrating progressive responsibilities that include HRIS, HealthStream or other enterprise LMS, authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora) to develop e-learning content, and online meeting tools such as WebEx and GotoMeeting to facilitate collaboration and deliver distance training/education.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, Access
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and public speaking
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences
Demonstrated effectiveness prioritizing high volume, varied tasks
Demonstrated problem solving skills at the systems level
Normal office and classroom environment. Physical demands may include carrying, moving or pushing tables and chairs, audio visual equipment and supplies. Highly collaborative work environment.
