HR Analyst-Temporary

Adventist Health System is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Analyst to work on a temporary basis in the Human Resources department. This position will be based in Altamonte Springs, FL at the Corporate office. � This position will have the opportunity to be responsible for projects related to data mapping in the HRIS. Project scope includes analyzing data, gathering information and mapping data to a standard library of codes. This position will be responsible for part of a data conversion effort in the HRIS. � The ideal candidate will have very strong analytical and database management skills and previous experience working with employee data in a hospital setting. � �

Requirements:
Education:

- Bachelor in Business or related field preferred

Experience:

- 5+ years in healthcare human resources strongly preferred

- Experience with compensation or reporting in an analytical capacity a plus

- Prior experience analyzing databases strongly preferred
