span B HR Assistant II Job Charlotte, NC /B br B   /B br Ajilon Professional Staffing is seeking an HR Assistant II in the north Charlotte market. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience within a retirement/pension setting. li Answer and process requests/inquiries from HR and managers via phone, email, ticketing system, voicemail, fax, etc. with a first contact resolution goal. /li li Review the accuracy, proper completion and monitoring output to assure transactions processed meet quality standards /li li Process employee and business transactions in the HRMS systems where not appropriate for self-service including new hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, leaves of absence, costing changes, rehires, supervisor changes, transfers, tax changes, direct deposit, personal changes, corrections, etc. /li li Work closely with the Payroll, Benefits, Pension and Fleet departments to ensure timely and correct pay, benefits information, issue resolution, and change implementation. /li li Conduct SOX/Compliance auditing for key controls for data integrity in key financial risk areas on a regular basis to ensure data integrity. /li li Audit and QC Data /li li Partner with the HR Support Services team, e-HR team and other HR departments and managers to resolve inquiries and issues. /li li Partner with HRBP’s and COE’s to facilitate consistent and timely provision of source documents. /li li Actively support as needed enterprise and/or sector system and process improvement implementations. /li li Participate in monthly knowledge sharing forums such as Super User calls, Payroll Council calls, etc. /li li Provide back-up support to other HR Support Services team members as needed. /li /ul
