If you have at least 2 years of benefits administration experience, you are the ideal candidate for this position. You will be assisting the HR manager with coordinating benefits, open enrollment, processing benefit invoices, and handling administrative functions.  If you are hardworking, an excellent communicator, and thrive in a smaller team setting apply today! br   br Your responsibilities include: br ul
li Coordinating benefits billing, processing invoices, and handling administrative functions /li li Administration and Audit of Health Savings Account Plan /li li Administering wellness programs /li li Administering all benefit programs to include activities such as new hire enrollments, life event changes, eligibility, deductions, etc. /li li Providing customer service support for Employee Solution Center Questions to resolve any issues or errors; Successfully handle most non-routine issues /li li Working cross-functionally with HR site managers and benefits management to make recommendations regarding LOA cases /li li Report Writing from Data systems. /li li Responsible for Data File transfers to Vendors /li li Responsible for Open Enrollment administration /li li Coordinating any employee data corrections in internal and carrier data systems. /li li Maintaining clear understanding of general benefits, related regulatory requirements, and updates as well as internal policies, procedures and control standards. /li /ul
  br Qualifications: br ul
li Bachelor’s  degree in business or management related field or four years related experience preferred /li li 2+ years of Benefits Administration experience is required. /li li Experience  working with HR Management Systems--ADP Enterprise V5 is preferred /li li Experience working with Benefit Systems -- ADP Winflex is preferred /li li 2+ years’ experience of Report Writing is Required /li li Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint skills /li li Excellent attention to details /li li Strong communication and organizations skills /li li Ability to work Mon-Fri 9am-6pm /li /ul
