span HR-Benefits Specialist Job in Winston-Salem, NC br   br Ajilon Professional Staffing is currently seeking an HR-Benefits Specialist with 3+ years of experience in Benefits. We are looking for candidates that have experience working in human resources as an HR Generalist and/or Benefits Coordinator, in a professional and global environment. The ideal HR-Benefits Specialist will possesses strong analytical and computer skills, and have experience presenting information to C-level executives. br   br Duties & Responsibilities br •     Coordinate daily benefit processing; including, but not limited to, the following: br - Data entry for entering benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), NQDC) into HRIS (UltiPro) br - Run exports from HRIS and send to vendors weekly br - Maintain COBRA enrollment and update vendors weekly, or more frequently if needed br - Update outside vendor payroll system weekly br - Update other systems, as needed br •     Provide support for benefit-related questions to both internal and external employees. br •     Respond to disability claims via email. br •     File life insurance claims. br •     Respond to data inquiries from various agencies. br •     Process weekly reports for finance transferring paycheck deductions appropriately for claims payment (and deposit for 401(k) and NQDC). br • Assist with annual benefit mailings as required for Summary Annual Reports, Summary Plan Descriptions, Summary of Material Modifications, etc. br   br Requirements: br •     Must maintain confidentiality of employee records and any HIPAA information. br •     Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. br •     Ability to meet tight deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis. br •     Ability to work with employees in a pleasant and professional manner. br •     Self-Motivated. br •     Detail Oriented. br •     Team Oriented. br •     Customer Oriented. br •     Ability to assist, and willingness to work with different departments as needed (Human Resources, Payroll, IT, etc.). br •     Proficient in Microsoft products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook. br •     Ability to perform general administrative duties. br •    Ability to speak in front of coworkers in a teaching environment. br •     Able to travel long distances on short notice, when required. br •     Able to work for extended periods in various locations, when required.   br •    Must be able to follow Company safety rules and all other Company policies. br   br Associate's Degree is required.
