Benefits Analyst - Retirement Plans in Los Angeles, California Job Summary
Immediate opening for a Retirement Plans Analyst to join the Total Rewards
team in our downtown Los Angeles office, or our downtown Seattle office. The role
provides professional level support to the ongoing administration of Co?s
retirement and stock programs.
Minimum Requirements
? Administration of the legacy URS Retirement Pension Plans, including vendor
management, government filings, plan audits and ensuring all the plans
compliance requirements are met
? Assists with retirement plan audits and government filings
? Interacts with all levels of employees, including senior management, in
identifying, analyzing and resolving retirement plan issues
? Assists in the development and maintenance of program policies and
? Responds to employee inquiries about retirement plans, including defined
benefit pension plans, 401(k) plans, and various other retirement plans
? Primary focus on defined benefit pension plans with exposure to other
Acts as company liaison with retirement plan administration, trustees, and
actuarial vendors
? Coordinates with vendors to research, analyze and resolve issues related to
retirement plan benefits
? Maintains benefits records and documents
Preferred Qualifications
? Bachelor?s Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience, with excellent
knowledge of retirement plans administration & compliance (e.g. DOL, IRS,
SEC rules & regulations)
? Minimum 4+ years of Retirement Plan Administration, Consulting, or Human

Job Experience:

? Significant knowledge of defined benefit pension plans required
? Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
? Experience working with HRIS/Payroll/Benefit systems, ORACLE
