4 year degree
Strong Customer Service
Experience is a VERY structured call center environment
Time Management with a focus on quality and efficiency
Experience with a Shared Services delivery model
Ability to take information and communicate it effectively for resolution.
The HR Shared Services Center Call Center Specialist is responsible for execution of Call Center operations functioning as a primary source of knowledge and expertise to internal employees, Partners, staff and HR personnel on a wide variety of subject matter areas, including:
? Payroll and taxes
? HR policy
? Learning and Education
The HRSSC Call Center Specialist is responsible for responding to telephone and written inquiries from US Partners and staff. Functions as a primary HRSSC point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HRSSC Call Center protocols and guidelines.
