Seeking a sharp, Human Resources enthusiast who will function as an HR Clerk. Reporting to the HR Manager, this person will assist in day-to-day administrative functions. General office/clerical skills required. Responsible for timesheet data entry and maintaining employee training records and files. Responsible for stocking office supplies. Will serve as the main relief for the Receptionist on a daily basis. Team player, willing to handle a fluctuating workload and a variety of tasks, need apply.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. Also must have clear and effective oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. Requires ability to access sensitive information and maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and use sound judgment. Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident).
Education: Qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years experience in a Human Resource support role.
Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and HR database software
