Plans, directs and administers various HR activities involved in the support of HR functions including employee relations and policy design and implementation, benefit coordination and administration as needed, employee communications and activities, leave and disability administration as needed and general customer support. Must be very customer service oriented individual as these activities involve the interaction with employees, leadership, agencies and the community. Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Human Resources Certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience is required. Full Time Days
