li Recruitment (college and corporate), onboarding, training & development /li li Benefits administration, open enrollment, policy & procedure /li li Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel /li li Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures /li li Prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. /li li Performance reviews and analysis and compensation analysis /li li Point person for all summer interns /li li Involved in internal/external training conferences /li li Develop and maintain affirmative action program as well as company organization charts /li /ul
br Qualifications: br ul
li Bachelors degree required /li li 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist /li li Certification highly preferred /li li Experience working in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Professional Services industries is required /li /ul
