FUTREND Technology, Inc., is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join its team of industry leading professionals. The HR Generalist will serve as an integral part of the Human Resources team. As a part of this exceptional team the ideal candidate will be essential in maintaining a high level of customer service for FUTREND employees. This position is a Temporary to Permanent role. The HR Generalist would be responsible for the following duties, to include but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities/Job Duties:
* Manage HR personnel files
* Enter and maintain new hire info for payroll and benefits
* Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, medical and metro, and company specific benefits
* Communicate and answer general questions regarding company policies, benefits, and programs
* Coordinate new hire on boarding activities
* Train and educate managers/ employees on various initiatives
* Support in all areas of human resources under the supervision of HR manager
* Conduct and assist in compliance audits in multiple areas of HR
