JOB DESCRIPTIONHR GENERALIST, WI POTTERY
The position supports the WI Pottery organization and leads business unit managers in the activity of linking HR to the success and strength of the organization. Provides comprehensive support in all HR functions including organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management and associate/labor relations to build the strength of the organization. Provides ongoing advice and coaching to management related to associate performance and all other HR issues.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, from a four-year college. SHRM-CP Certification required, or attainment while on job is necessary.
