Now searching for a bilingual (Spanish) HR Manager/Generalist in the Lynn/Salem area for a food manufacturer. This is a great opportunity, plenty of room for growth with bonuses and benefits.

INDUSTRY: Food Manufacturing

SALARY: 60-70k

STATUS: Full-time, Direct hire


Provides sound HR advice and support to managers and employees and serves as a business partner for recruitment and staffing, employee relations, workforce analysis/planning, change management and strategy development by performing the following functions:

*Ensure regulatory compliance for state required items as they apply to all employees.

*Employee relations, including corrective action, investigation, approves hires where background investigations or other special circumstances warrant escalated review.

*Participates in or leads workforce analysis to ensure proper staffing, talent management, and maximized efficiency.

*Serves as change agent to promote new initiatives and other changes that will impact associates; consults with managers to develop communication strategies and participates in or leads the change process.

*Evaluates Human Resources activities and their impact on the organization; makes recommendations to management as appropriate; may research alternatives, present proposals and manage approved projects.

*Other duties as assigned.


*Bachelordegree from a four-year college or university and three-five years of HRexperience as a generalist, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations, specifically for Mass.

*Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet based applications.

*Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.

*Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect and communicate effectively with individuals with a wide variety of experiences, backgrounds, and skill levels on all three shifts.

*Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

*Ability to be present on all 3 shifts as needed, including but not limited to at least one day every 2 weeks having a presence on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

*Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST


SPHR certification a plus.
