This position requires a strong leader to manage the center of the company. You will be an expert in compliance, federal and state employment laws and handle all employee relations issues for the department.
You will be the key liaison, internally and externally, handling Employee and Labor Relations, Recruiters, Applicants, etc.
You will be the key person executing corporate departmental standards, implement regional strategy and policy.
You will provide counsel to the operational management and senior leadership team, oversee department budget, recruitment, training and DOT random and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

- 3+ years of HR experience required
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must, as well at attention to detail
