JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY A growing company is looking for a HR/Payroll Manager. Will maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource policies and procedures. Develop, manage and audit all payroll processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely multi-state weekly payroll. (Hourly payroll, commission, profit sharing, etc?) Responsible for managing benefits planning and execution for all health and retirement related programs. Responsible for developing compensation plans using industry benchmarking based on revenue bands. Company communication manager with responsibilities for creating approved company messages, policies, newsletters, and revisions of the employee handbook every six months. Hire and manage the build out of payroll team. Responsible for all systems that support time and attendance, payroll, benefits and HR including ADP Workforce Now and future HRIS systems.
