li Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization. /li li Partner with key management to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives. /li li Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels (salary and hourly). /li li Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract top talent. /li li Work with key management to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. /li li Ensure that all job descriptions are compliant and up to date. /li li Develop strong relationships and work closely with key managers. /li li Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects /li li Develop and execute an annual recruiting calendar that includes but is not limited to networking events, job fairs, and campus engagement activities. /li li Other HR duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager. /li /ul

li BA Degree Required /li li 2+ years of experience in high volume recruitment with proven results /li li Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment /li li Demonstrated ability to self-lead /li li Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision making skills /li li Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruiting software /li li Fluency in Spanish is a plus /li /ul
