HR Service Delivery Project Manager
The HR Service Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross functional projects within the global HR Service Delivery and Operations organization. These projects will focus on driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization such as transitioning new services into the organization, reviewing existing services for enhancements/improvements, supporting mergers and acquisitions, etc. The incumbent will be part of the HR Service Delivery and Operations Leadership Team.
As Project Manager, this role will oversee the HR Service Delivery and Operations team s project portfolio, develop and implement a standard approach to project management, and provide leadership to key cross functional projects. The role will be responsible to drive completion of project tasks and manage risks and issues to ensure a successful completion of the project. The incumbent will work with stakeholders across HR Service Delivery and Operations as well as partnering organizations such as Finance, Compliance, and IT. Projects will vary in size and consist of both regional and global scope.
20% Developing and managing the HR Service Delivery and Operations Project Portfolio.
Collaborate with HR Service Delivery and Operations Leadership Team to document and track priorities aligned to our goals
Support development of milestones and high level timelines
Partner with project leads to escalate issues and risks
60% Project Management responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop standard approach and tools for project management within the HR Service Delivery and Operations Team
Lead key cross functional projects to ensure they are completed on time, in scope and within budget
Pro-actively provide support to project issues/risks and escalating in a timely fashion
Drive change management to pro-actively communicate changes and impacts on roles and responsibilities as a result of the project
Represent HR Service Delivery and Operations Lead or other leadership team members when needed
20% Support global Lead of HR Service Delivery and Operations in other organizational activities such as management of budget, team metrics and analytics, compliance, etc.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
6+ years HR operations or shared services environment or HR Functional experience preferred (i.e. HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, HR Service Center, etc.).
Bachelor s degree required
Project Management experience required
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Lean practices or comprehensive knowledge and skills in identifying and implementing process improvements
Strong technical skills. Advanced Microsoft skills required
Workday experience is preferred.
