HR Training Clerk TRVJP2635St. Paul, MN6 Month ContractResponsibilities? Runs reports from HR system and emails report results to course owners? Retrieves and prints out electronic documents from multiple HR systems? Assists in testing course/class functionality (classes launch, complete and bookmark)? Conclude/retire courses that have ended as directed by course owners? Answers training content, duration, scheduling, roster, attendance and related question? Triage and troubleshoot course issues for resolution? Escalates technical questions to designated contacts in HR Operations/IT? May reconcile rosters upon completion of classes (mark complete or not complete in system)? May set up or validate accuracy of course content in HR myLearning systemSkills? Attention to detail? Time management and organizational skills? Ability to learn the functionality of multiple HR databases? May complete basic data entry and operate fax/copy machine? Microsoft office experience (Word and basic Excel, PPT not required)6 month temporary position with the possibility to extend to 1 year.
