This position is accountable for various administrative and human resource responsibilities associated with the Mechanicsburg and Middletown Distribution Centers. Responsibilities include, planning, coordinating and leading company iniatives and employee events, such as healthy lifestyles, community service, and team building activities. The incumbent will be responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly communications to the distribution center (DC)workforces. Responsibilities also include headcount and other reporting, administrative and project support to the DC director, and active participation in employee interactions, and any other duties as assigned.

Candidates also must possess the ability to establish strong working relationships. Bachelor's degree
and 1-3 years experience required.
