HR and Payroll (HRIS) System
Rembrandt Group has an immediate hire opportunity located near Wall Street NYC working for a 350 employee to 500 employee Major Commercial P&C Insurance Company. Project will begin in consulting role and, if contractor agrees, conversion to employee is possible.
This Insurance Company recently installed an ADP (HRIS) System and later converted the system to an HRIS system from another well-known named vendor. Neither system is working as proposed and as required.
Consultant will work with the stakeholders of the Insurance Company to develop a user requirement and propose vendor(s) to which to distribute the Request For Proposal (RFP). Consultant will then evaluate the responses to suggest the new optimal system to choose. May involve an implementation role, staying with the successful vendor until installation is complete.
Client has suggested, that consultant-applicants supply their resume along with a high-level outline of his/her approach methodology as a qualifier demonstrating competence with regard to the project. Please submit in word format your most current resume along with your methodology of approach.
US citizens, green card only. C-to-C, or W-2 contracting relationship is acceptable. Will pay major share of billing rate to acceptable consultant.
