JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Job Details:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Lawson Human Resource Management and Learning Management/Talent Management (LMS/TMS) systems. Acts as a liaison between vendor, Information Technology (IT) staff and departmental personnel and related users.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
*Interfaces with other hospital computer systems to update, verify or merge information; tests, maintains and troubleshoots HR Division system modules, tables and databases; monitors and manages system's software and performance characteristics and notifies vendor/IT of issues.
*Works with departmental users, vendors and IT to develop monitoring techniques and downtime processes to keep interfaces and systems in synch with other information systems within the organization; assists in developing and/or maintaining departmental policies and procedures related to system process and usage; adheres to relevant policies, procedures and regulations of this facility and interactive departments.
*Generates routine management reports; works with IT to create and update ongoing HR Division reports; designs and generates custom reports upon request.
*Resolves operational problems or contacts vendor/IT for support as needed.
*Supports and provides direction to Human Resource Assistants concerning system updates, project work and/or work schedule planning to meet deadlines and ensure system integrity.
*Adds, deletes or modifies system overlays and database information as required by regulatory, contractual or operational needs; maintains archived departmental records as directed.
*Coordinates HR-related projects concerning peripheral pays, time accrual/payout and employment metrics as scheduled.
*Trains new users to the department's information system; acts as primary resource for intra- and inter-departmental user questions and requests.
Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years experience in utilizing computer information systems or performing database management required.
