As an HRIS Administrator on our HRIS Team, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the integrity and maintenance of employee data within all HR systems.
Purpose:HRIS role working with the HRIS team to ensure the integrity and maintenance of employee data within all HR systems, producing reports and metrics for compliance and decision-making and developing and integrated detailed operating procedures. Assist with system planning, controls, testing and implementation of HR solutions as well as advise HR users on systems, programs and interpretation of policies. Investigate issues and facilitate resolutions. Incumbent works under direct supervision and performs routine daily data entry activities for HRIS Supervisor and HRIS Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:Develops standardized and ad hoc reports to support daily HRIS operations and performance.Responsible for integrity of employee and organizational information. This includes systems and data such as ADP (EV5), Kronos, Halogen, and CONMEDs job description database.Assists with HR special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Performs data audits, analyzes data proactively and on request in support of HR initiatives.Complies annual government compliance reports for HR compliance team.Identifies and recommends process improvements.
Knowledge Requirements:Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry skills.Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious.Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to function as HRIS subject matter expert to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies andperformance.Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced,ever-changing high priority environment.
QualificationsLeave your footprint Associate degree in IT or Human Resources required (Bachelors or Masters preferred).4 years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
