Responsibilities:Acts as consultant to an HR client group regarding HR technology and organizational business needs.Analyzes HR operational business requirements, develops application specifications and recommends improvements.Assists in assessing needs analysis and customization of applications and systems.Develops an understanding of the HR technical environment and its role in HR operations.Assists customers with problem determination and resolution through the automation of manual processes and designing improvements to processes that are already automated.Provides 2nd and 3rd level support for HR systems applications.Develops and conducts user training sessions. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a technical area or equivalent HR or Systems work experience.Minimum 3 years prior systems experience.Prior experience with HR systems application development and implementation projects.Thorough understanding of HR operational areas and how technical systems can support their objectives.Ability to interview user community and develop application specifications that address their business needs.
