br HRIS Analyst job Description: br ul
li System maintenance: Maintain compliant employee information within each Human Resource Management System, subject but not limited to: HRIS system, FMLA system, Benefits system, etc. Assist in the review, testing and implementation of all Human Resource Management System upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Document process and results. Train and implement existing and new modules to all staff. /li li Production Support: Provide support for Human Resource Management Systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solution or alternate methods to meet requirement objectives. /li li Projects/Process Improvement: Recommend process/customer service improvements, provide innovation solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). /li li Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative. /li li Reports/Queries: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard report for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Responsible for publishing monthly results on key HR metrics for stakeholders. /li li Training: Develop transparent user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train all current and new employees on processes and functionality of HRMS systems. /li li Individual Development: Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. /li li Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends. Process all employee benefits packages including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, STD/LTD, etc. Lead and assist in benefit open enrollment activities for all 600 employees, including but not limited to online enrollment module specification, communication materials, hosting annual enrollment meetings, and assisting employee elections. /li li Other HR duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager. /li /ul
