Job Description
This position operates in a fast paced environment for the leading national distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies. The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The HRIS Analyst also supports Benefit s and Payroll s use of the HRIS and Time and Attendance System while serving as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas. This position ensures the integrity of Human Resources data and oversees the testing of system changes, report writing, and analysis of data flows for process improvements.

The HRIS Analyst reports to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with other members of the internal and external Payroll/Benefits/and Human Resources Team. The HRIS Analyst Interacts regularly with members of other internal departments as well as outside vendors & consultants. This position will maintain positive business relationships with both internal and external customers and is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service at all levels.

-Acts as the System Administrator for UltiPro.Net
-Works with consultants on implementing new web based tools
-Processes Associate Change Forms (ACF s) on a weekly basis: Promotions, Transfers, Union Increases, Creating New
Job Titles, and Pay Adjustments
-Creates and assigns proper roles for each Employee
-Sets up Manager Access for Employee data (may need to create roles for each Manager)
-Creates and provides standard and ad-hoc reports and queries o Supports Benefits by enrolling and terminating
associates with their medical benefits
-Duties within UltiPro and Performance Reviews: Supports systems upgrades, patches, testing, table maintenance, and other system related assignments Ensures the quality and accuracy of data within systems Updates individual and global data Resets passwords for all systems Works with IT Department on hardware and software issues o Identifies areas for streamlining processes through automation and improving the value of data that is provided to internal customers for business decisions
-Maintains Organizational Hierarchy Charts using Microsoft Visio
-Responsible for annual distribution and management of ACA compliance and delivery of 1095C forms
-Creates and manages Company merit increase database Company-wide; creates mail merge letters for each Employee
-Distributes and manages Standards of Conduct
-Manages EEOC reporting Company-wide
-Updates DON Portal data to Marketing including anniversaries, promotions, and transfers
-Creates surveys and survey response tracking for reporting in Vovici
-Keeps Manager informed both verbally and in writing of issues within area of assigned responsibility
-Escalates issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties
-Performs other duties as assigned *

External Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS Required minimum knowledge, skills, education/training, experience, and physical obligations:
*High School diploma or GED equivalent is required with a minimum of five years of applicable HRIS Analyst work
experience (preferably in a corporate office environment)
*Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, work within assigned deadlines, and on cross-
functional teams
*Ability to analyze and problem solve with great attention to detail
*Ability to effectively work with and communicate with vendors and consultants
*Advanced level user with Microsoft Office products specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Vovici (now Verint) and Cognos
*Effective presentation skills
*Intermediate level user with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Access
*Ability to effectively compose, send, and respond to internal and external business correspondence using e-mail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to foster strong, open lines of communication across all levels of the organization
*Ability to adhere to Edward Don & Company s standards of conduct policy
Preferred minimum knowledge, skills, education/training, experience, and physical obligations:
Previous UltiPro experience is highly preferred (back office and .Net versions) Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Database Management or related field a plus
