In this role, the selected candidate will work with the stakeholders of the Insurance Company to develop a user requirement and propose vendor(s) to which to distribute the Request For Proposal (RFP). Rembrandt Group has an immediate contract - hire opportunity located near Wall Street NYC working for a 350 to 500 employee sized Major Commercial P&C Insurance Company.Project will begin in consulting role and, if both parties agree, conversion to employee is possible. This Position reports to Senior HR officer.This Insurance Company recently installed an ADP (HRIS) System and later converted the system to Paycom (HRIS). Paycom also is not working as proposed and required.Consultant will work with the senior stakeholders of the Company to develop a user requirement and identify vendor(s) to which to distribute the Request For Proposal (RFP).Consultant will then evaluate the responses, along with senior management, to suggest which new optimal system to choose. Consultant will see the project through until installation is complete.Client has suggested that consultant-applicants supply a high-level outline of his/her approach methodology as a qualifier demonstrating competence with regard to the project.REQUIREMENTS & MISC TERMS7 - 10years of HRIS experience suggested.Some limited offsite work is possible for research and evaluation.Consultant will work primarily out of the NYC HQ office.US Citizens and Green Cards only.Only C-to-C or W-2 contracting relationship is acceptable to Rembrandt Group, per Client guidelines.Rembrandt will pay majority share of billing rate to consultant. Billing Rate is dependent on professional experience as evaluated and determined by Client.References will be required.
