JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Reporting to the HRIS & Compliance Supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining and maximizing the effective use of the Lawson HR system and other HR applications.
Reviews system functionality and make recommendations for enhanced solutions. Assess, develop and document efficient HR processes ensuring greater ROI on HR systems.
Produce standard and ad hoc reports for HR and organization.
Train users to the use of the Lawson HR system and related HR applications.
Monitors and ensures data integrity using audit tools and alerts.
Requirements: 3 years working experience supporting Lawson HCM or 4 years working experience supporting HRIS systems.
