You will process new tax jurisdictions, run payroll reports and assist employees and managers with payroll related issues. Requirements:
As the HRIS/Payroll Analyst in our Naperville, Illinois, corporate office, your primary responsibility will be to begin processing of our existing biweekly salary and hourly payrolls. We have recently implemented a new HRIS and payroll system and you will be actively involved with departmental projects to integrate further HR and payrolls functions and transactions into our corporate structure. Your work will be interesting, varied and you won't lack for opportunities to contribute. To this end, you'll process bi-weekly payrolls in a fast paced, high volume environment. Your polished phone manner and troubleshooting skills will provide timely and effective resolution for payroll based inquiries. We will challenge you to expediently, yet accurately, maneuver through multiple systems, including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Pay Expert, ADP PC Payroll for Windows and ADP EZ Labor.
