HRIS Security Analyst

The HRIS Security Analyst is responsible for performing application security, conducting information technology risk assessments, and ensuring compliance for all Human Resource data throughout the system. The HRIS Security Analyst is expected to partner with functional team members to implement acceptable controls. While the primary focus of this role is HR information security, the incumbent will also act as the primary information security resource for end users.
-Evaluates HR Security requirements for system access. -Designs and develops reports utilizing a variety of reporting tools ( Excel, Access, ADP ReportSmith, SQL etc.) as a part of the Security Audits. -Serves as liaison between HRIS and IT/ third party vendors. -Assists HR project team members with technical issues related to HRIS systems by investigating problems and developing resolutions as related to security. -Responsible for all security Audit and compliance tasks including user accounts and application access to determine compliance. -Provide backup support of applicant tracking system (ATS) and Salary Planning tool including, but not limited to, help desk questions, troubleshooting, and reporting. -Conduct security research in keeping abreast of latest security issues. -Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audit of HRMS systems. -Provide access and audit reports for management on enterprise security initiatives. -As the HRIS Security Analyst, support after-hour and weekend changes and migrations, system trouble-shooting and general software support, as required. -Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree (in Human Resources, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related area a plus) or equivalent work experience. -3 years HRIS experience. Ideal candidate will possess experience with ADP Enterprise or PeopleSoft. -Strong functional knowledge of System Security. -Knowledge of report writing and ability to create reports through SQL and ReportSmith or other reporting tools. -Must be a self-directed individual with minimal management direction / over-sight. -Must be organized and able to multi-task within flexible work environment. -Strong analytical and decision-making skills and attention to detail. -Experience performing IT security analysis and risk management. -CISSP Certification a plus. -Ability to prioritize, dynamically re-task as situations change and continuously meet deadlines. -Ability to build / maintain strong relationships and effectively partner with peers and functional customers. -Ability to clearly communicate to business partners and peers at all levels (written and oral).
