Bachelor's degree in HR, business, MIS, or computer science required.
A minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and maintenance of MS Access database solutions, preferably HR-related.
A minimum 3 years of experience in HR-related functions and/or HR Information Systems.
A minimum 3 years of HR application experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or JDE. JDE knowledge and experience a plus.
A minimum 2 years of experience creating enterprise-level HR dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
Must demonstrate strong knowledge of database structure and querying skills; report writing experience leveraging SQL a plus.
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Must demonstrate working knowledge of HR business unit's functions, business processes, and applications.
