This position is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Must adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures. Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books. Conducts walk-through inspections; changes belts, filters, adjusts volume dampers, checks gauges, coils, drain lines, bleeds gas lines, resets compressors, check unit sensors, relocates ductwork and troubleshoots to locate sources and cause of malfunction. Estimates parts, supplies, equipment and labor hours needed to complete assigned repairs and monitors computer for malfunctions. Maintains quality of air, air flow and temperature at on and off-site facilities; adjusts valves to regulate temperature of lubrication oil and flow of water through system. Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment. Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate. Knowledgeable of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos policies, procedures and schedules to ensure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately. Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
