We are currently hiring for a Sales Center Manager at our location in Greensboro, NC.

Our Sales Center Managers are at the heart of our company. They are the leader for all of our day-to-day store operations. Without them, the store would be incomplete, which is why this is a very important role. Our Sales Center Managers earn a competitive salary as well as participate in bonus programs.
A strong candidate for this position would possess outstanding communication skills since you will be interacting with not only customers but branch managers, employees, and vendors. Strong and effective computer skills are also a must because almost everything is done via the computers at our stores. We also like our Sales Center Managers to have strong team work skills as they are ultimately responsible for the management of the employees at their location as well as growing the sales and profitability at their store.
Responsibilities of our Sales Center Managers include, but are not limited to:
Train, enrich, and mentor all employees that directly report to them, within the framework of Company Policy
Maintain inventory and ensure all company assets are protected from theft or damage
Work directly with local sales teams to develop strategies for increased traffic in the store, as well as conduits for useful feedback from dealers regarding customer service efforts
Assign employees daily duties as fit to maintain a proper environment for the store
Maintain the ability to work and perform in a fast pace retail store environment
Additional responsibilities may include: Staff Development, Asset Control, HVAC Tech Support, Business Strategy, and Cost Control
Requirements for our Sales Center Mangers include:
High School diploma required, but a College Degree is preferred
At least 3-5 years in the HVAC industry
Previous work experience as a Retail Store Manager is a plus
Must have strong communication and computer skills
Must have proven leadership and coaching abilities
Must have the skill set to lead a group of operational staff towards a sales goal
Prior Forklift Certification is preferred
