Responsibilities
* Lead a team of deal managers to support the US sales team in structuring and managing large complex deals
* Manage the Deal Review Process with senior executives to ensure the appropriate evaluation and approval of deals
* Partner with senior leadership in the North America region to drive key sales priorities
* Support US sales process, specifically design the deal parameters including pricing for complex deals
* Work with sales and other internal teams to devise deal levers and appropriate supporting analysis
* Support sales teams with customer presentations and negotiation support as necessary
* Provide competitive pricing intelligence and win/loss analysis on a quarterly basis to senior executives
* Coordinate approvals of non-standard contractual terms balancing contractual risk and economic value of deals
* Work with Product Management, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to develop custom solutions in support of complex deals

Qualifications & Experience

* MBA degree required
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams
* Ability to identify and analyze customer needs
* Demonstrated strong knowledge of advanced Powerpoint and Excel
* Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Prior experience in consulting and/or investment banking
