Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce
Growing startup in San Francisco is looking for a talented Head of Online Marketing and eCommerce who embodies that spirit to join our team and work along side our collaborators in Marketing, Sales, PR, and Customer Service to successfully launch our first product and gain share in the rapidly growing wearable technology market.
You are a pro at managing online marketing programs and driving direct business to consumer sales. You have a thorough understanding of paid and earned media, affiliate programs, and the strategies to continuously improve the online sales funnel.
Oversee campaigns across all digital touch points in support of marketing and sales objectives to ensure a consistent positive experience from initial brand impression to post purchase engagement.
Identify appropriate media partners, own advertising budgets, track, analyze and reportcampaign effectiveness on engagement and sales conversion rates.
Optimize online sales funnels including SEO/SEM, display ads, affiliate, affinity targeting, website and checkout flow.
De-construct competitive best practices in digitalmarketing and stay abreast of leading market trends.
Working with customer service, marketing, and communications managers, co- develop, support, and track referral, promotional, email, and social engagement campaigns
You are results driven, detail oriented, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN
8+ years leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, affiliate, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Experience in running an end-to-end eCommerce business.
Highly creative in identifying and segmenting target audiences and devising effective digitalcampaigns that engage, inform, and result in sales.
Familiarity with SalesforceSales Cloud desirable.
BS/BA Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred.
