MUST HAVE WORKED FOR A BIG FOUR CONSULTING FIRM AS A HEAD OF SALES

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO TRAVEL TRANSPORTATION AND HOSPITALITY VERTICAL MARKETS.

SEEKING A HEAD OF SALES, TRAVEL TRANSPORTATION AND HOSPITALITY UNIT. LOOKING FOR A LEADER THAT IS ENTREPRENEURIAL, ENERGETIC WITH DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO BUILD AND MANAGE TEAMS OF PEOPLE FOCUSED IN THE TTH SECTOR. WE ARE IN NEED OF A CONCEPTUAL THINKER WITH CAPABILITY TO IMPLEMENT AND LAUNCH IDEAS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND TURN THEM INTO REVENUE-GENERATING PROFIT CENTERS.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFINING THE SALES STRATEGY, GTM APPROACH AND PLANNING SALES PURSUITS FOR THE TTH VERTICAL ACROSS THE NATION

* WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING A TEAM OF SIX BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTMANAGERS/DIRECTORS (BDMS/BDDS) WHO CARRY SALES TARGETS TOTALING APPROXIMATELY $110M TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE

* WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ONGOING MONITORING AND MENTORING BDMS ACTIVITIES, BUILDING A VIABLE SALES PIPELINE, COACHING BDMS ON PURSUITS AND ULTIMATELY ACHIEVING THE TEAM TARGETS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES

* WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A CONSISTENT GROWTH IN SALES PERFORMANCE OF THE TTH TEAM YEAR ON YEAR

* WILL LEVERAGE AND COLLABORATE WITH THE TTH DELIVERY TEAM IN SALES PURSUITS

* WILL COLLABORATE WITH OTHER HORIZONTAL SERVICE DELIVERY GROUPS AND OTHER SUPPORT FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE COMPANY TO MAXIMIZE TEAM PRODUCTIVITY

* WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING A "COMPANY" BRANDING AND NAME RECOGNITION IN THE TTH MARKET

* WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMOTING THE COMPANY AS A COMPELLING AND VIABLE ALTERNATIVE TO ESTABLISHED VENDORS IN THE TTH MARKET

SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* SEEKING AN EXECUTIVE IN 15 + YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WITH STRONG RELATIONSHIPS IN TRAVEL TRANSPORTATION AND HOSPITALITY ENTITIES SELLING & MANAGING IT SERVICES & OUTSOURCING SERVICES.

* SHOULD HAVE MANAGED A SIMILAR SIZED TEAM PREVIOUSLY WITH A REPUTED IT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, SERVICES AND CONSULTING ORGANIZATION SELLING SIMILAR SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS TO THE TTH INDUSTRY IN THE UNITED STATES

* SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENTLY GOOD PERFORMANCE IN MEETING OR EXCEEDING TARGETS

* SHOULD HAVE A PRE-EXISTING NETWORK OF CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE INDUSTRY THAT HE/SHE CAN BRING TO THE COMPANY TEAM

* SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ESTABLISHING AND WORKING WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS AND AN ECOSYSTEM OF SUBCONTRACTORS TO ENHANCE THE COMPANY'S\' ABILITY TO WIN BUSINESS

* SHOULD HAVE, PREFERABLY, EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH TEAMS REMOTELY (IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE WORLD) CHANNELIZING EFFORTS TOWARDS FOCUSED SALES PURSUITS
