Clinical Informatics Manager has a clear understanding of clinical application implementation process to ensure an approach is utilized that maximizes adoption and supports the business and clinical objectives of Accenture client organizations. Depending on the client engagement, the Clinical Informatics Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team and client to: * Plan, analyze and execute initiatives based on client standards * Develop system models that support the objectives of the client * Report to client Use Case Project Team Lead * Understand and shape Client business needs into client Standards solutions * Transition Connected Health project work to client team * Create dynamic work environment * Understand and shape Client business needs into Connected Health solutions * Collaborate with Accenture and Client teams * Evaluate, document, and provide feedback for Accenture Connected Health team members on a formal and ad hoc basis Travel 80% to 100% can be expected with this role. Basic Qualifications: * RN, LPN or PA Required * 3 years experience in working with health data analytics * 5 years healthcare systems experience * 3 years project leadership experience * 3 years experience working in public health, payer, provider, or federal government Preferred Skills: * Experience in working with Health Information systems, including EMRs, HIEs, Ancillary systems, Practice Management systems etc. * Ability to establish and maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts * Ability to help subject matter experts articulate their messages effectively * Capacity to understand and translate complex technical solutions and strategies * Highly experienced in Microsoft Word and proficient in other MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint; knowledge of automated proposal management tools a plus * Top 5 Firm experience desirable Professional Skills * Detail oriented; demonstrated organizational skills * Strong facilitation and communication skills * Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
