The Administrator is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and support on operational issues as well as be accountable for the overall financial strength and growth of our confidential client's surgery center. The position maintains broad responsibilities for all administrative functions, including operations, finance, third-party contracting, reimbursement, human resources, medical and business information systems, and planning and development as well as compliance activities. The individual must be able to work with multiple stakeholders including physicians, business development and operational partners.
Qualified candidates must be entrepreneurial, creative thinkers with the ability to quickly adapt and develop and execute growth plans and initiatives. He/she must demonstrate a record of strong collaboration, team building, and execution skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-past environment.
The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance or a Healthcare related field and five years of management experience. Experience working in a surgery center or surgery department is preferred.
