JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY All's Well Healthcare Services is currently looking for a Healthcare Credentialing Office Coordinator! The position involves reviewing, documenting and confirming the credentialing process of newly hired Healthcare Professionals on all levels as well as assisting and providing support to a team of Account Executives.
The right candidate will have a strong Administrative background, experience in Healthcare Credentialing and knowledge of Joint Commission standards and guidelines. The position requires someone who is very focused, analytical, detail oriented, outgoing and professional under pressure. Proven track record of recent tenured experience as a Mid - Executive level Administrative Assistant
Previous experience working in a healthcare, preferably as an Admin
Knowledge of and ability to adhere to Joint Commission guidelines and standards
Healthcare Credentialing experience required
High level of attention to detail while working at a fast pace
Sales Support experience ( will be supporting Account Executives )
Ability to handle multiple phone lines within a busy office
Ability to maintain positive professionalism while working under pressure
Experience and ability to work with confidential and time sensitive documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Associates Degree required, Bachelor?s degree highly preferred but not required
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Vendor management a plus
Recruitment and/or Sales background a plus
