Provides project support, coordinates/supervises staff working on projects, assists in managing issues and accepts direction toward accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organization. br   br /span B I.    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: /B br ul
li Prepares and interprets Excel analysis; summarizes data for easy comprehension /li li Analyzes data to identify likely relationships, summarizes data and prepares summary materials for discussion with clinical and finance teams. /li li Suggests process improvements; transfers knowledge and learning from one project to the next. For example, apply ideas and methods from a project to use them in your next project(s) /li li Facilitates meetings - acts as the meeting leader for clinical department meetings /li li Completes tasks with an outside vendor /li /ul

li Runs and extracts accurate reports from software tools /li li Utilizes systems and department software to develop, and maintain financial reporting tools to support business decisions, which include but are not limited to reports on savings or additional net revenue, return on investment, and compliance. Prepares related reports, graphs, charts, presentations and other documents to support analysis /li li Articulates how benchmark data was compiled and its importance on any given project /li li Participates in all project related reporting and communication to the other stakeholders, management and management forums /li li Participates in and fosters a performance improvement approach that includes other Revenue Cycle and clinical departments /li li Prepares financial, business, trend, and operational analyses of products, services, projects, or general business that may include contract validation, cost benefit analysis, analysis of technology, and v
