andmiddot;Responsible for review and preparation of monthly financial information, including, master/feeder fund allocations and consolidated financial statements, investor capital accounts and investor reporting package, investment valuation and determination of NAV, review of key account reconciliations, financial statements analyses, and deferred compensationandmiddot; Prepare and review annual GAAP consolidated financial statementsandmiddot; Coordinate with legal, tax and audit advisors. Facilitate timely and efficient audit completionandmiddot; Prepare and review monthly investor capital accounts, investor analyses and reporting requestsandmiddot; Manage and maintain tax reporting and compliance with accounting firm to ensure tax returns and K-1's filed timely and accuratelyandmiddot; Research and draw conclusions on complex accounting issuesandmiddot; Promptly identify and resolve differences and communicate with agents/counterpartiesandmiddot; Prepare or maintain IRR and performance reporting models, attribution and other portfolio analyses as requested by Managing Principal and COOandmiddot; Oversight of external accountants/administratorsandmiddot; Manage special projectsandmiddot; Assist in training accounting staff
