If so, Modis has opportunities for you! br   br Presently, we have several needs for Help Desk Analysts on a Contract to Hire basis.  This opportunity is scheduled to convert to a permanent position within the first 3 months of employment.   br   br /span B Day to Day Activities /B : br ul
li Responsible for answering front-line/tier 1 telephone calls and emails from internal employees. /li li Directly addressing technical issue through the use of remote access tools. /li li Identifying  the causes of hardware/software issues. /li li Record inquiries, repair and service requests and diagnose problems. /li li Monitor and keep service request backlogs cleared, keeping the 2nd and 3rd Level Analysts informed of work status, problems and potential problems. /li li Coordinate technical support with senior team members. /li li Documenting technical support issues in a timely manner utilizing the ticketing system application. /li /ul

li A strong technical aptitude.  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and clearly communicate with team members while adhering to deadlines.   /li li Must be a team player with a strong commitment to customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of computer literacy. /li li Excellent Customer Service skills, excellent communication skills, and strong technical product knowledge with Windows OS’s (XP/7), Exchange / Outlook, etc. /li /ul
