ECS Federal, LLC (ECS) is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to work in our Washington DC office.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SHORT TERM POSITION.


Job Description:

As a Help Desk Analyst responsibilities will include and not limited to the following:

Respond to internal & external phone call and email requests and provide technical support
Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Escalate problems as necessary
Validate and process qualified hardware returns
Provide support to internal employees by way of walk-up
Provide remote training to customers.


Required Skills:

* High school Diploma and 2 years of experience.
* US Citizen or Green card holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
* At least 2 years experience in troubleshooting/repair within desktop and networking support, IT concepts and software applications.
* Proficient with MS Windows and Office products, VPN / remote access, and anti- virus software.
* Knowledge of Internet based systems
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Ability to think logically
* Creativity, initiative, accountability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to set goals and achieve scheduled deadlines


Desired Skills:

* Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MDST) and/or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
* Experience with Active Directory, SSCM, Anti-virus, ITSM (or equivalent) ticketing, ability to troubleshoot smart phones.
