Facility: Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare at Carson City
Department: Information Technology
SUMMARY:
Assists customers in desktop troubleshooting and recommending solutions. Uses the ticketing system to log status of all incoming call/emails. Seeks assistance from co-workers as appropriate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience working in a desktop support environment. Current unrestricted Driver License and proof of personal auto insurance required. Knowledge in the following is preferred: Windows client OS (2000, XP, Vista), Microsoft Office, and other desktop software and tools, Terminal Services Client and remote client connectivity. Experience supporting remote access clients via dial-up and VPN, and troubleshooting network printers.
