JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're looking for a Help Desk Consultant to help our small to medium-sized business customers operate more efficiently with the proper use of today's technologies. As a Help Desk Consultant, you'll work as part of a small support team reporting to a Support Manager. You and your team will have specific customers assigned to you in order to facilitate a consistent support experience. Throughout your work with your team and as part of the company as a whole, you will be encouraged to share your opinion and give feedback based on your expertise. As we are a vendor neutral technology company, you will encounter a wide range of technologies and use cases.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
In this role, you'll be providing frontline technical support, documentation, and consultation for our customers. You will work directly with users to support a wide variety of technologies ranging from SOHO to enterprise-class systems:
Strong interest in working with computer technologies such as operating systems and networking protocols
Excellent customer-oriented consultative skills
Strong work ethic* Candidate must live within a 45 minute commute of the office from which they will be working. Candidates outside this radius must be willing to relocate prior to commencing employment.
