JOB DESCRIPTIONIMMEDIATE HIRE!!!! Client seeking a Technical Customer Service Agent to start 8/15 in Baltimore, MD. The Agent will be taking primarily technology calls but could also receive calls from other departments to include accounting and human resources.
Answering Tier 1 calls.
Basic troubleshooting for technical installs.
Generating trouble tickets into the Remedy System.
Interested candidates should possess.
Candidates must possess:
General Computer Knowledge.
Windows 7 troubleshooting skills beneficial.
Prior experience working in a technology call center/help desk.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Ability to pass a FBI background check and drug screen.
