JOB DESCRIPTIONWe need a Help Desk engineer to assist with 30-60 day project in Chicago.
Engineer will be assisting with their Service Now Tool and would like to see a Proof of Concept by an engineer onsite and help to get it up & running for the organization.
Need someone to run the POC, do ticket entry, run reports, and create dashboards.
Must have expertise with Service Now.
.Must pass a criminal background check before starting
.2-3 years minimum related industry experience
.Ability to comprehend industry standard network connectivity, navigation, and software installation
.Must have a background deploying and installing hardware such as desktops, laptops, tablets and printers.
.Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs without any restrictions
.Excellent customer service skills to interact with site Management as well as Leadership and patience
.Must be very flexible hours and have no restrictions when it comes to time onsite
