Immediate need for a Help Desk Coordinator working for one of the most prestigious organizations in the Napa Valley. In this position you will gain a detailed understanding of current systems and technologies' to be able to assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues. Ideal candidate will have relevant minimum of 2 years? experience in a Help Desk capacity and a knowledge of managing networks, servers, domain controllers, routers, terminal servers and user accounts; ensuring data integrity and network security.
