JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Help Desk/IT Associate. We have a great opportunity with one of the most sought after company?s in Sonoma County. In this position, you will be remotely logging in to printer/scanner/copiers and setting up scan-to-email functions. Will also deploying new cloud-hosted antivirus solutions to end point machines and deploying Office 2016 and Skype for Business to end point machines. Moving content to Sharepoint and/or other systems to reduce reliance on-site file servers. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Two to four years of systems administration, client support and staff training.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: College Graduate or equivalent. LICENSES: MCSE, OCP, CCNA or other applicable certification desired, but not required. The right candidate would have exceptional communication skills and the ability to document the changes being made as they are worked, and it would be very beneficial if a candidate has experience training users on Office 2016, Skype, and/or Sharepoint.
