This opportunity with a team that is growing and this role will be a key piece to this team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is well organized and comfortable working on many small projects simultaneously. br   br /span B Job Description /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' br Help Desk/Project Coordinator serves as technical and project support to the IT Manager.  He/she will also be expected to assist with managing several other key departmental tasks and projects.  These tasks will typically be pre-scheduled, multi-step help desk functions such as account creations, application installs, data entry and IT documentation. br   /span br ul

li Associate degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)  at least 2 year of professional experience in the IT industry or related field a plus but not required /li li Experience with MS-Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) /li li Basic understanding of network infrastructure, Windows server environments and other mainstream IT concepts /li li Some experience coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating projects and activities is a plus /li /ul
