Job Description

Business Development Team 1
Duties:
Answer Inbound call through various queues
Outbound call follow-up on different campaigns
Provide customer support over the phone and via email for Xerox Reseller program(s)
Enter and update customer support data in Excel and Access
Process print sample requests
Other duties as assigned
Skills:
Inbound/Outbound Call Experience
Excellent Customer Service
Strong MS Office with a particular emphasis on MS Access, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of the Aspect phone and reporting system preferred
Basic knowledge of printers and multifunction printers including print driver and printer settings
Basic computer, software and network knowledge preferred
Accomplish tasks without considerable direction and/or supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving with a bias towards action
Positive proactive attitude with a skill for finding solutions to everyday issues
Comfort with ambiguity
